NKPS Philosophy of Care and Growth
The NKPS Philosophy of Care embraces both the present and future needs of our students. While meeting the pastoral care needs of our students is key to ensuring that they maximise their school experience, it is also important that we prepare our students well for the opportunities and challenges of the future. This entails:
i) placing emphasis on developing a strong values system in them;
ii) implementing a curriculum that engages them;
iii) building their resilience and adaptability;
iv) identifying and growing their strengths.
This ensures we set the foundation for our students to continue to thrive as learners and leaders who remained deeply rooted morally, beyond the gates of the school.
